Hospitality Service Support

Host/Hostess

As the first person our guests encounter at Bayou Fox Hooters, the Host plays a key role in delivering a welcoming experience. This position requires an energetic and personable demeanor to greet and seat guests while ensuring their needs are met. The Host is skilled in accommodating various groups, including families, large parties, and business professionals, and manages the flow of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.

In addition to seating guests, the Host helps maintain a balanced service flow by coordinating with the Hooters Girls to prevent multiple table assignments at once, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Knowledge of menu items, specials, and the ability to answer guest questions is essential, and the Host may also assist in selling merchandise.
